Hello everyone! CONGRATS!! Week one is over! You have all done amazing! It’s been so inspirational to read your stories, and see your posts this past week! Are you ready for Week Two? The points system has stayed the same, but there will be MORE challenges! Be sure to continue to track your progress! POINTS
+1 drinking 8 glasses of water max points received: 7 (1/day)
+2 writing down everything I eat this week max points received: 14 (2/day) this way you can see where you go downhill, and figure out how to fix it!
+1 eating between 1200-2200 calories max points received: 7 (1/day) *this challenge isn’t about starving yourself… if you eat 1500 healthy calories over 500 unhealthy calories you will be much happier, and healthier…believe me! everyone is different in their consumption based on their goals and daily fitness
+1 performing a random act of kindness max points received: 7 (1/day) this could be helping out at home by folding laundry without being asked to, or being there for a friend while they vent about their boyfriend. it’s called being selfless and doing something for someone not because you will get something, but because it helps them.
+1 getting at least 7 hours of sleep max points received: 7 (1/day) sleep is super important so try to get to bed by a reasonable time!
+2 not binging max points received 14 (2/day) the goal with this is to eliminate binging, and allow ourselves sweets, just in a reasonable size! It’s not what your eating thats hurting you, but the size and quantity of it!
+2 working out (goal 4 days a week!) max points received: 12 (2/6 days MAX) your goal is 4 days a week, but obviously we all get busy! even if you just do a 10 minute ab video, walk your dogs, or play a basket ball game! You’re working out regardless! Make sure to give yourself a rest day though! MIN: 1 per week!
+3 trying a new healthy food max points received: 3 (3/1 week) i challenge you to go to the grocery store and buy a fruit or veggie that you’ve never had before, or were nervous to try! ie. I bought cantaloupe last week and am now obsessed!
